A. Introdution

For every products purchased from authorized resellers and distributors, Best Buds provides hassle-free money-back guarantee and 12 months warranty. Please refer the chart below for the authorized resellers and distributors .

B. 30-day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee

Within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the order’s shipping address, a full refund request can be claimed for any reasons. Once the returned item arrives back in Best Buds’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If the inspection is passed, full refund will be send to your original payment account in 3 business days. For non-quality issues return item, if it is unsellable when it arrives back in warehouse, restock fee (35% of original price) will be charged, it means you will not get full refund.

Return Requirements:

  • All original accessories must be included
  • Original packaging must be included
  • For non-quality issues refund request, buyer pays for return shipping fees
  • For non-quality issues refund request, Best Buds refunds the cost of the product itself, original shipping fees is not included
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.

For non-quality issues returns, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Best Buds does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit.

C. 12-month Warranty

Within 12 months of the date the item was delivered to the order’s shipping address, warranty can be claimed for quality issues.

For quality-related warranty claims, as a replacement, a factory refurbished model will be sent when available, otherwise a new item will be replaced. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, Best Buds will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Warranty Process

  1. Buyer must provide order number and order channel
  2. Buyer must provide warranty card which come with all new products
  3. Buyer must provide sufficient proof of quality issues
  4. Best Buds document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  5. It may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection
  6. For defective items that Best Buds needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Anker or if the defective item is not returned.
  7. If the quality issue is confirmed, a replacement will be sent to the original order shipping address in 5 business days

Valid proof of quality issues:

  • Videos or photos that show the quality issues

Warranty claims for quality issues expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning wrong items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Best Buds to be in working condition
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: man-made damage, falls, extreme temperatures, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
